Work as a trusted and influential business partner to support senior leaders and department heads, to provide comprehensive P&C support and drive initiatives that enhance organizational effectiveness and employee engagement. This role requires a strong understanding of HR best practices, excellent communication skills, and the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
Job requirements
Essential
· HR/Business degree or equivalent professional qualification or experience
· Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or similar role, preferably in a manufacturing/blue collar environment.
· Strong understanding of HR best practices, Dutch employment law, and regulations
· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels
· Demonstrated ability to think strategically and develop HR solutions that support business objectives
· Experience in talent management, employee relations, performance management, and change management
Desirable
· Experience within manufacturing/engineering or chemicals industries
· Specialist experience in HRIS/Training and development
· Pay and benefits bench marking expertise and/or qualification
· Coaching skills
