Job description

As an Admin Assistant, you play a vital role in ensuring our administrative processes run seamlessly, supporting the delivery of a service that sets us apart from our competitors and drives the success of our Rapid Exchange program. In this office-based role, you will be responsible for onboarding clients, tracking product and cylinder movements, and processing calculations for client compensation related to refrigerant received.

Job requirements

Essential

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

  • Proven ability to handle sensitive information with a high degree of confidentiality.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to perform effectively in a high-volume work environment.

  • Self-motivated with strong time-management skills; able to identify potential barriers and seek support when necessary.

  • Demonstrated ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.
