As an Admin Assistant, you play a vital role in ensuring our administrative processes run seamlessly, supporting the delivery of a service that sets us apart from our competitors and drives the success of our Rapid Exchange program. In this office-based role, you will be responsible for onboarding clients, tracking product and cylinder movements, and processing calculations for client compensation related to refrigerant received.
Job requirements
Essential
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Proven ability to handle sensitive information with a high degree of confidentiality.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to perform effectively in a high-volume work environment.
Self-motivated with strong time-management skills; able to identify potential barriers and seek support when necessary.
Demonstrated ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.
