As our new Head of Sales, you will be the driving force behind:
- Meeting our customer acquisition and revenue growth targets by keeping our company competitive and innovative.
- Expanding our client base by consistently building your network within the Heat Pump and Air Conditioning industry.
- Becoming the go-to expert in Circular Refrigerant Management serving as a point of contact between A-Gas and our customers and prospects.
- Being responsible for identifying and educating prospective customers.
You can help us achieve our European commercial goals when you meet these job requirements:
- You graduated in Engineering, Business Administration, or an equivalent profession.
- You master selling products in the heat pumps/HVAC industry and /or selling products in a technical industry.
- You are skilled in building long-term business partnerships within a B2B environment.
- You professionally own P&L for a sales channel.
- You have a proactive ‘sales hunter’ mentality and a target-driven approach.
- You communicate in German and English on a business level.
- Experience with or a technical understanding of industrial gases and/or refrigerants
- Multilingual – other European languages
