Field Sales and Service Engineer - Rapid Recovery

This is an exciting opportunity to join a business with an environmental purpose and work in a role that directly contributes to the protection of our planet.

This role will develop new business for Rapid Recovery territory by securing new clients and developing existing relationships. They will support the growth of our customer focused service to help companies and contractors to deliver more efficient recoveries safely and efficiently. Combine the delivery of jobs with time spent engaging with our customers to explain the benefits of our new offer, building A Gas’s brand and future sales opportunities.

Essential

o Sales experience or a strong desire to move into a sales role

o Mechanical aptitude or experience

o Desire to work in a role that combines sales with practical completion of recovery service job s on customer premises ranging from industrial to retail and potentially air conditioning,

o Experience d in working in a small team and carrying out a wide sphere of tasks

o Good communication skills; able to demonstrate the enthusiasm and the skills needed for effective selling

o Self motivated individual with a flexible approach to location and hours

o Able to learn new skills and technologies

o Clean Driving licence

Desirable

o Experience of refrigeration systems

o City and Guilds 2079 cat 1 qualification / CiTB J11 / FGcat1

o Competent in the use of MS office applications on PC and iPad
