We are looking for a Digital Marketing Executive to join our international marketing and communications team on a 12-month FTC. In this role, you’ll take ownership of our global website, ensuring it delivers engaging, user-friendly, and on-brand content that connects with our customers worldwide. Alongside website management, you’ll also support digital campaigns, content creation, and brand storytelling that strengthens our online presence.

This is a varied, hands-on role that offers the opportunity to collaborate with colleagues across regions, contribute to global projects, and make a real impact on the customer experience.

What You’ll Do

 

·       Manage and maintain the company’s global website, ensuring content is accurate, optimised, and aligned with brand guidelines.

·       Work closely with stakeholders to identify opportunities to improve usability, SEO, and customer journey.

·       Develop and update engaging digital content, including landing pages, blogs, and case studies.

·       Monitor and report on website performance, using analytics to drive improvements.

·       Support the delivery of digital marketing campaigns across web, social, and other digital channels.

·       Create and edit visual and video content to support online activity.

·       Provide brand and digital guidance to colleagues across different regions.

·       Collaborate on global and local marketing initiatives, ensuring consistent and impactful messaging.

Job requirements

We’re looking for someone who is:

 

·       Experienced in managing websites and digital platforms (CMS experience essential).

·       Confident with SEO, analytics, and best practices for optimising web content.

·       A strong communicator with excellent writing and editing skills.

·       Creative, detail-oriented, and able to bring ideas to life through engaging content.

·       Comfortable working on multiple projects in a fast-paced, global environment.

·       Collaborative and adaptable, able to work with colleagues across regions and cultures.

·       Passionate about digital marketing, customer engagement, and delivering results.

Essential

·       Degree (or equivalent) in Marketing, or related subject

·       Knowledge and experience in digital marketing (3+ years)

·       Experience of website content administration

·       Experience of Google Analytics

·       Proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook, PowerPoint with basic Excel skills

·       Design experience (Canva, Adobe, etc.)

·       Excellent written and verbal communication skills

·       Strong administration and organisation skills

·       Strong attention to detail and time management skills

·       Team player with a positive attitude to new tasks and experiences
