Customer Services Administrator
Portbury (Bristol)
The opportunity
To promote the A-Gas brand by providing a professional service to the A-Gas customer portfolio. To understand and satisfy customer requirements and exceed their expectations where possible.
Our customers are usually wholesale distributors. Put simply they buy our gas in bulk, which we then ship to their warehouse. They might contact us by email, phone or through our website.
You’re going to be the first voice they hear. From this point onwards, you’ll set the tone for their A-Gas customer experience.
The typical tasks you’ll get involved in include processing sales orders through to invoice, maintaining customer records and preparing export documentation through to contacting customers on delivery schedules and stock updates.
In the first 90 days you’re going to need to get to grips with our business and we’ll fully support you with this. Most importantly you’ll need to quickly establish yourself into the Customer Services team, building relationships and working hard to understand how we delight our customers every day.

Job requirements
We'd love to hear from you if you:
o Have GCSE qualifications or equivalent
o At least 12 months experience of working in a customer service environment
o A sound understanding of and experience using Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel and Outlook
